Instant Downloadable Primitive E-Patterns! AMEN!

Oh My!  This lil ol' blog is getting ready to get a complete OVERHAUL!  I didn't realize it looked this BAD! Yuck!
I finally started converting my patterns to instant downloads since I can't manage to get to the post office and when I came to add the first one I couldn't believe how BAD this blog looked! Yikes.  Besides that, I wanted to post the first instant download.  You don't have to wait for an email from me. Once you make a purchase a link will be given to you.  I am so happy that I finally am able to do this.  I just couldn't keep up with work, family and making patterns to ship. I also have added a FREE seat pouch tutorial that I made  for my student chairs but they can be made for any chair.  It's a video tutorial and you can view it by clicking on the link above.

Printable Primitive Snowman Pennant

I was making stuff for my classroom, on my other blog "thewayiteach.blogspot.com" if you care to see why it is difficult at times for me to get things made for here.  Anyhow, this is a bit of  a mix between styles and is a downloadable digital printable.  Did that make sense?  It has all the letters for Happy Holidays but you would have to grunge it up to your liking of course and add the 3-D effects for texture if you want it more primitive.  The jars could be used for labels or tags.  If you are interested in the printable, please leave a comment and I'll get it on here quickly if I see responses.  Happy Holidays!  I'm BACK . . . for a little while anyways.

Mixed Media Altered Art Sculpture from Russian Blog (click translate)
I just wanted to share with you this lovely and unique sculpture from a Russian blog. I am extremely drawn to works of art like these although some may find them a bit weird. Right up my ally with all the textures, vintage appearance, and mixture of textures.  Check it out!

Baseball season officially kicked in this week . . . I love watching my kids play but 3 boys, 3 different schedules . . .it's a wonder I make it to work with my head attached.

AT&T Park Giants Game
(my son was drafted by them but never signed) though we are crossing our fingers for this years draft in June!

This is what I'll be looking at for the next several months.  Not those lights exactly but you get the picture. I took a half day off work tomorrow so I could watch my middle son play who is a SENIOR this year! Which reminds me I haven't typed lesson plans and it's almost midnight but that's because I had to go over the 4th grade state writing expectations with my youngest son because he was having anxiety (ticks me off - the tests are given that much power over kids), after his practice, then I had to do homework for my Masters program because I have all independent elective project type courses which is the worst for creative people because if you are like me you probably wait until the last minute.  Don't they know creative people need deadlines? No deadlines -that will be the death of me!
Sorry NO artsy stuff today. I barely made it to the mailbox with a pattern delivery.

I am slowly adding all my current stuff and will be adding NEW stuff soon . . .

Working Full  Time and Keeping up in the BLOG world
Needless to say, I only got up 20 minutes earlier this morning (5:45 a.m.) to add a new post. In order to keep updated, I vowed to add, fix, or learn something about blogging to keep my blog updated. So one cup of coffee and 25 minutes later I was able to post some curiosities for sale. Creating really does give me peace in a somwhat crazy hectic busy schedule. After this, I have to go create an exploration Friday activity and my weekly newsletter for my 27 1st graders! To think I would have weekends and evenings off to create - Yea RIGHT (wishful thinking)!
Leave me a comment and let me know what things you'd like to see on this blog.
